All orders are shipped from the Netherlands – packed with care and attention.

Processing time:
• Standard products are processed within up to 3 business days, counted from the next working day after your order.
• Wallpapers and wall decals are made on demand – exact processing time is mentioned in each product description.

Estimated delivery time:
• Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg – 1–2 business days (via DHL)
• Other EU countries – 2–5 business days (via DHL)
• Norway & Switzerland – approx. 5–10 business days (via PostNL)
• United Kingdom – approx. 6–10 business days (via PostNL)
• Norway & Switzerland – approx. 5–10 business days (via PostNL)
• Canada, Australia, and other non-EU countries – approx. 7–14 business days (via PostNL)

📬 Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union – including United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, and other non-EU destinations – may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by local authorities upon delivery.

These additional costs are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I’m not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to me, I can resend it once the new shipping fee is paid.
